Welcome to Your Cosmic Muffin, a new blog site that promises to inform, educate and excite those of us with an interest in everything that is Food!  As your hostess, I will share with you the fun, sometimes dramatic and always curious gatherings of my supper club group, the Friends Amid Food.  I will introduce you to some favourite recipes I teach at my in-home cooking classes and of course I can't leave out my young and energetic teen students who spend time with me twice a month learning about what really constitutes a "value meal" along with the basics of good survival food.  I know you're hungry but please be patient and watchful as this blog site begins to simmer.
